CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Beauty Touch by C, we value both your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy below. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled must be done at least 24 hours in advance. * All deposit fees are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service. * A 15-minute grace period is honored for all appointments. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be considered a no-show. * No-shows and late cancellations may require a new deposit to book future appointments. * Please note: balance payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. Cash and Zelle are fee-free. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide timely, high-quality service to every client.
